Who we are
These terms cover this website and inquiries to VOKS Industries (Itterbeck, Germany). Contact: hello@voksindustries.com.
The site
The site describes shop software for quote, program, send, ship and track. Copy on this site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer to sell software or parts. No shop price is published here.
The call
You may book a 20-minute call and optionally send a STEP of a part you already cut. We bring a drafted plan. The call does not install software on your mill and does not oblige you to buy.
Your files
You keep 100% of the intellectual property in any file you send. We use it only to draft a plan for that inquiry. We do not train models on your designs, and we do not send your CAD to a third-party AI provider.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a drafted plan or program will match your shop until you have confirmed the figures. A person in your shop approves every program before it is sent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VOKS Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Mandatory product-liability and data-protection rights are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
