What we collect
If you use the contact form we process your name, shop name, email, optional phone number, message, and any STEP, STP, DXF or SVG file you attach. If you load the calendar, Cal.com processes the data needed to book a slot. Server logs (IP, user agent, path) are kept by our host, Cloudflare, for security and abuse prevention.
Why
Form data is processed to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(a) where you consent to be contacted). Hosting logs are processed for legitimate interest in keeping the site available (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it goes
The site is hosted in the EU on Cloudflare. Inquiries are emailed to hello@voksindustries.com. If a sending provider (Resend) or a webhook you see named in our operations is configured, that provider processes the message as a processor. Files are attached to that email and are not used to train AI. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and third parties
A first-party Cloudflare Zaraz consent cookie stores your choice. Necessary cookies keep the site and that choice working. Optional cookieless analytics (Plausible) load only after you grant the Analytics purpose. The booking calendar is loaded only after you choose to load it; Cal.com then sets its own cookies. Marketing cookies are offered only if a marketing tool is configured, and then only after you grant that purpose. Google Fonts are requested from Google’s servers.
Retention
Inquiry emails and attachments are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then up to two years unless a longer statutory period applies. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or in Germany with the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz Niedersachsen.
